To prove copyright infringement, a copyright holder must establish a valid copyright and that original material was used illegally. To prove a valid copyright, the plaintiff can produce a copyright certificate or other proof that establishes the date the copyrighted material was created.
The four factors Judges consider in deciding a case are:
- The purpose and character of your use.
- The nature of the copyrighted work.
- The amount and substantiality of the portion taken, and.
- The effect of the use upon the potential market.

In Summary; one is not permitted to claim another person’s creativity (Musical, Poetic, Artworks, Written, or Ideas {Intellectual Property Rights} or anything else they are or have created) and then to pass them off without giving the source due credit, and one is Totally Forbidden from gaining advantage from this, Financially or in any other way.
Now as a “Human Being” we have Copyright on each one of us, let us consider this, 1 Corinthians 6:20 “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” 1 Corinthians 7:23 “Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.” Genesis 1:27 “So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” Genesis 5:3 “And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat [a son] in his own likeness, after his image; [Copies] and called his name Seth:” Genesis 1:27-28 “So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” Adam and Eve were commissioned to “Create after their own Image” now this being in “The Image of God,” there is a strong concept of “Copyright” as God is the originator and owner of the concept, and the creator of the actual working created being. John 1:3 “All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.” John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.” These Verses tell us that Jesus Christ was the Creator of the Earth and everything contained therein, and then he kneeled down in the damp red clay, formed man from the dust of the earth, breathed into him the Breath of life, man lived, and Jesus Christ called him “Red Red Mud” or Adam, Jesus had just created in his own image.
If you consider “Marriage” with Copyright Concepts in mind, then there is exclusivity involved. In the “Food Industry” there is a term often used called “Adulteration” which loosely covers any unlawful adaptation, modification or addition/subtraction to a “Recipe” to an existing manufactured food product. The Industry is very careful to stay pure and true to their recipe and to the quality of their ingredients, and those making a similar product, are very careful to stay well away from any other existing products, for Copyright and other Legislation can ruin any Business. With this in mind, Biblical Adultery is in essence a “Breach of Copyright” as one is attempting, or even succeeding, in duplication (Creating in their own image) with another unauthorised ingredient, Adulteration and Copyright.
Luke 2:13-14 “And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” Luke 17:17-19 “And Jesus answering said, were there not ten cleansed? But where [are] the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.” Jesus has redeemed you from the slow deathly affliction of the leprosy of sin, then who gets the Glory, God? Romans 4:20-25 “He [Abraham] staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; and being fully persuaded that, what he [God] had promised, he [God] was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. Now it was not written for his [Abraham’s] sake alone, that it was imputed to him; but for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” Abraham was always “Giving Glory to God,” and none for self, selfishness is in essence “Copyright” as you are claiming something that belongs to another, as your own, glory to me, needs to be, “Giving Glory to God,” by thought, word, and deed, and in all our actions, Satan’s failing is in demanding, and keeping all glory for himself.
To keep “God’s Copyright,” Proverbs 3:6 “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” We never take unto ourselves, that which belongs to God, as God made us, God Saved and re-created us back into his image, God supplies our very breath, our food, clothing, shelter, our “eternal Life,” if we are obedient, our Tithes, Offerings, our Bodies and our All. These are the very property of God, in every possible way, so ought we not to give him all praise, glory and honour in everything? Acts 17:28-29 “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, for we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device.” We are “Copyrighted” so let us give God his dues in everything, Glory to God in the Highest, in all our thoughts, deeds and actions. Copy right is when a person does, and then tries to pass them off, without giving the source due credit, and one is Totally Forbidden from gaining advantage from this, Financially or in any other way. Please in all things, and always, give Glory to God.
