Nothing Hidden
There is nothing that can be hidden, for all things are to be revealed, God knows everything, God sees everything, and God records everything, even our very intimate thoughts, deeds and actions, all are open to his divine survey. Quote; “Above the distractions of the earth He sits enthroned; all things are open to His divine survey; and from His great and calm eternity He orders that which His providence sees best. {CCh 77}. 1 Corinthians 4:5 “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.” Matthew 6:6 “But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” Mark 4:22 “For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was anything kept secret, but that it should come abroad.” What we try to hide away in secret, God will shout it from the very roof tops, thus we should only do Godly things, both openly, and in secret, so that when they are then revealed, God is honoured and praised, and we are never embarrased.
There is nothing that can be hidden, for all things are to be revealed; with an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), the machine gives us a harmless way to look deep inside our bodies and to produce images without using x-rays. MRI scanners use both strong magnetic fields and also radio waves to form images of the body. This provides your doctor information that is just not available from conventional x-rays. The patient lies quietly on a table, and the patient is either fed feet first through the large circular bell, or head first, depending on where the scan and imaging needs to be carried out. The machine is very noisy, even above the earplugs and headphones, as very low and strong frequencies growl, that shakes things as they scan, then it does it again at a low rumble, then again at about normal voice level, and the machine cycles through its scans, probing and searching, looking and searching deep within, for nothing can be hidden, as all things are open and clearly displayed, lumps, bumps, growths deformities, injuries, foreign objects, nothing is hidden, as the all seeing MRI uncovers and reveals it all. An MRI can be just for a particular area of the body, or can be a ‘Full Body Scan’ where they scan from the top of your head to the very soles of your feet, nothing is hidden, as all things are revealed, as absolutely nothing can be kept hidden and secret. I think that this thought came from a catchy song, but it fits anyway; “You can run, you can hide, but you can’t get away, for he has binoculars on you every day.” Like an MRI Scan, there is nothing hidden, for all things are revealed, God sees, God knows, and God records very accurately our every deed, as well as our every thought, and we all wear the consequences of our choices, for good or for bad, Galatians 6:7-8 “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” We all have battle scars and wounds, some are physical, and some are deep and emotional and absolutely nothing is hidden from God, his all-seeing eye of love, devotion and compassion is upon us, wooing us to paths of righteousness and amazingness, God sees and God knows, so come before him in repentance and confession and let him wash away the stains and sin, and then go forth and walk in newness of life. Romans 6:4 “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” A new life starting right now, right here, revealed sin is forsaken, forgiven, washed away, an abounding new life that now grows in all spheres, 2 Peter 3:18 “But grow in grace, and [in] the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and forever. Amen.”

Do nothing before strangers that you would not do before your father and mother, or that you would be ashamed of before Christ and the holy angels.” {CM 52} Quote; “Above the distractions of the earth He sits enthroned; all things are open to His divine survey;” For in all things, “Nothing is Hidden,” “You can run, you can hide, but you can’t get away, for he has binoculars on you every day.”Bad habits, bad diet, sin and crime have a lasting effect on this life that we currently live, and also sets us up for eternity, where it is then way too late to change things, the concrete we poured in this life has now set rock hard, what we shaped and formed with wet cement, will remain. Quote; “We shall individually be held responsible for doing one jot less than we have ability to do. The Lord measures with exactness every possibility for service. The unused capabilities are as much brought into account as are those that are improved. For all that we might become through the right use of our talents God holds us responsible. We shall be judged according to what we ought to have done, but did not accomplish because we did not use our powers to glorify God. Even if we do not lose our souls, we shall realize in eternity the result of our unused talents. For all the knowledge and ability that we might have gained and did not, there will be an eternal loss. {COL 363} Let us change right now, for forever, as “Nothing is Hidden,” our actions or inactions have eternal consequences, for good or for evil, that is both in this life as well as in eternity.
