Thou shalt also reap.

When we closely examine “The Exodus,” that trip from Egypt to Canaan, and then to flip it into a Spiritual Term, we get Egypt = Sin, Canaan = Promised Land, or Eternity and Heaven, so we all are ‘Exodusing’ from this world of sin and sorrow and woe, to then to be travelling safely and to arrive in Heaven.  Now right now, we stand on the border of ‘The Promised Land,’ the Jordan River, which was the impassable barrier, and as they looked over to the better land, the locals infiltrated, corrupting their worship services, separated them from their God, who then ultimately became their enemy, unto their destruction, just as Balaam had planned, all you need to do to ever conquer them, is to just corrupt Israel, and by this sin to weaken them, then when they sin, their God will conquer and destroy them for you, thus preventing them from crossing into Heaven, so their worship was corrupted, and their bodies were defiled by sexual and sensual immorality, and many paid the high price for their sins, as disease broke forth, killing countless many, Numbers 25:9 “And those that died in the plague were twenty and four thousand.”  Those that perished had lost their intimate connection with the living God, followed an idol, separated themselves from God, thus they died in their trespasses and sins, locked out of Eternity, just like the five foolish bridesmaids.

We get a listing of “The Cursing’s,” from Mount Ebal, Deuteronomy 27:15-26 “Cursed [be] the man that maketh [any] graven or molten image, an abomination unto the LORD, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth [it] in [a] secret [place]. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that setteth light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that removeth his neighbour’s landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that lieth with his father’s wife; because he uncovereth his father’s skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that lieth with his mother-in-law. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.  Cursed [be] he that confirmeth not [all] the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.”  Galatians 6:7-10 JB Phillips “Don’t be under any illusion: you cannot make a fool out of God! A man’s harvest in life, will depend entirely on what he sows. If he sows for his own lower nature, his harvest will be the decay and death of his own nature. But if he sows for the Spirit, he will reap the harvest of everlasting life by that Spirit. Let us not grow tired of doing good, for, unless we throw in our towel, the ultimate harvest is assured. Let us then do good to all men as opportunity offers, especially to those who belong to the Christian household.”  Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Quote; “Righteousness is holiness, likeness to God, and “God is love.” 1 John 4:16. It is conformity to the law of God, for “all Thy commandments are righteousness” (Psalm 119:172), and “love is the fulfilling of the law” (Romans 13:10). Righteousness is love, and love is the light and the life of God. The righteousness of God is embodied in Christ. We receive righteousness by receiving Him.  Not by painful struggles or wearisome toil, not by gift or sacrifice, is righteousness obtained; but it is freely given to every soul who hungers and thirsts to receive it. “Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat, . . . without money and without price.” “Their righteousness is of Me, saith the Lord,” and, “This is His name whereby He shall be called, The Lord Our Righteousness.” Isaiah 55:1; 54:17; Jeremiah 23:6. No human agent can supply that which will satisfy the hunger and thirst of the soul. But Jesus says, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.” “I am the bread of life: he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst.” Revelation 3:20; John 6:35. {MB 18}

Hosea 10:12-13 “Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for [it is] time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.  Ye have ploughed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.”  Galatians 6:7 JB Phillips “Don’t be under any illusion: you cannot make a fool out of God! A man’s harvest in life, will depend entirely on what he sows.  In conclusion then; are we sowing to the flesh, sowing to the lower nature, or are we wise unto Salvation, and are sowing to the higher nature, a heavenly and Godly nature, Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”  Are you sowing Heavenly Love and compassion, that holy and Godly purity, that leads unto Eternal Life, are you ready to cross over to ‘The Promised Land?’ Or have you been seduced by some other fleshly and earthly fake, sowing to the lower nature, which leads to Eternal Death and alienation, far from God, and have unfitted yourself from entrance into the purity of Heaven?  Remember; “Thou shalt also reap.”
