Lock Satan Out
In this Article we will examine something that has arisen from the last few books I have just read; and they are all on the subject of “Deliverance,” and each of the different Authors has said in essence the same sort of thing, that this Demonic Infestation comes in through various “Doors” and after eviction of the infestation, these doors must be closed to prevent re-infestation. Now Door = Decision in the Hebrew mindset, so let us always link these two words.
The Bible has this admonition also for us in Genesis 4:7 “If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee [shall be] his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.” Also we have this as found in James 1:14-16 “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren.”
Here James gives us the concept in the concept of a pregnancy, the seed is implanted, things start to grow and to develop, and then out pops a fully developed Sin, which has the consequences of death. There is also in Scripture this concept that this “Sin at the Door” can be just as easily equated to something like a Tiger, Wolf or cranky bear, or other big predator crouched there at the Door/Decision, and should the door ever open, even a tiny amount, then it is most likely to bound on inside to cause mayhem. Deliverance Ministry also affirms this concept; if you have a door then you have a potential disaster waiting. The solution is to lock these doors, throw away the keys, and then to probably board them up and to brick over the opening for a permanent sealing. Remember Satan complained to God that he could not get access to Job; as Job had boarded up all his doors and also in his families lives (Job 1:10).
Back to our Door = Decision; we have Isaiah 26:3 “Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee” so perfect peace is promised to all who have their thoughts or decisions stayed or focused on Jesus Christ. But; on the other side we have this list that is most interesting, as most Demonic Infestations have a Demon with the very function that is mentioned in this very next verse.
Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying’s, murders, drunkenness, revelling’s, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” These people miss out on Heaven as they opened a Doorway/Pathway, and let Infestation in and this corrupted them and thus made them unfit for the purity of heaven and were thus shut out; just like the foolish Bridesmaids were.
The very next verses in Galatians though, give us a totally different perspective Galatians 5: 22-25 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” This list is interesting in the fact that there is not a single doorway mentioned, sin cannot gain access as there is no avenues or entrance points, just a fullness of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. All the affections and lust has been crucified.
From my study, it is very interesting how often the various Authors comment that Demonic Infestation is not happy with adoration and praise to God. There are very helpful tools, such as Christian TV, just like “FirstLight” on Freeview Channel 26, when run 24/7 just wears the resistance down on Demons as this is what they used to sing and enjoy (before they fell), and now that they have lost their places in Heaven, true prayer and Praise is almost more than they can handle. Sometimes they just pack up and leave for a more sinful place to inhabit; they love music with a “Strong Beat” and it matters not what label is on the disc, strong beat enables Demons to come on in, and even, and especially if it is in a Church, and then God often just moves off out and leaves those poor misguided ones within to a very different, and now “Unholy Spirit.”
For the advanced practitioner of “Deliverance,” we need to re-read this verse set. Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying’s, murders, drunkenness, revelling’s, and such like.” Each of the word-characteristics is so close to the correct wording for “Groupings,” “Demonic Ranking,” or “Demonic Hierarchy,” that Demonic Infestation associate, or group together, under these banners or headings. So find one in the group and you will most likely find more associated together with a similar function. Sort of like weeds, find one, and there will most likely be another close by.
Remember James 1:14 “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.” Quote “The heart must be faithfully sentineled, or evils without will awaken evils within, and the soul will wander in darkness. “Gird up the loins of your mind,” Peter wrote, “be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; . . . not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: but as He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.” {AA 518}
Dear Reader, please be careful of what you feed your mind, as the internal lusts awakened could well land you in a very nasty position, and Demonic Infestation. Time to brick up the doors to the soul.
